Prices & Availability

• The prices listed are for the entire house up to 14 guests, and for stays taken up to end of 2024
• Should your booking relate to 2025, please contact us direct with your enquiry.
• Minimum let of 2 nights over a weekend and 3 nights for a Bank Holiday weekend.
• Minimum let of 7 nights at Christmas and New Year.
• Booking durations that differ from 1 week or 2/3 night weekends are acceptable dependent upon calendar availability.
• For day guests over and above the standard contracted number, parties or special events, prices are on application.
• A cautionary deposit (refundable) will apply.
• Preferred check-in day is a Friday.
• Check-in time is 4pm.
• Check-out time is 10 am or 4 pm on a Sunday.
• A deposit of 50% is due on booking and the balance is to be paid 3 months before the rental date.
• Any reservations are not confirmed bookings until the booking confirmation forms have been signed, returned and the 50% deposit has been paid.
• The Use of the Hot Tub operates from Beginning April - End September. During this period, the hot tub cannot be used after 8pm due to an agreement with local neighbours.  It is unoperational and decommissioned between October and March.
• No Fireworks or smoking are permitted on the property and the entire house and gardens are a smoke-free zone.
• Up to two dogs are allowed by prior arrangement.
