Prices & Availability

• The prices listed are for the entire house up to 12 guests, and for stays taken up to the middle of 2026
• Should your booking relate to later in 2026, please contact us direct with your enquiry.
• Minimum let of 2 nights over a weekend and 3 nights for a Bank Holiday weekend.
• Minimum let of 7 nights at Christmas and New Year.
• Booking durations that differ from 1 week or 2/3 night weekends are acceptable dependent upon calendar availability.
• For day guests over and above the standard contracted number, parties or special events, prices are on application.
• A cautionary deposit of £1,000 (refundable) is payable 2 weeks prior to the rental date.
• Preferred check-in day is a Friday.
• Check-in time is 4pm.
• Early check in (2pm) is pre bookable only if available at an additional charge of £150.
• Check-out time is 10 am or 4 pm on a Sunday.
• A deposit of 50% is due on booking and the balance is to be paid 3 months before the rental date.
• Any reservations are not confirmed bookings until the booking confirmation forms have been signed, returned and the 50% deposit has been paid.
• Noise restriction in place outside curfew time of 10pm on rear patio and gardens.
• No smoking is permitted on the property and the entire house and gardens are a smoke-free zone.
• No stag or hen parties – No weddings – No fireworks
• Up to 2 well behaved dogs are allowed at a charge of £50 each.
